Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

If you placed an order but didn’t receive an email, please check your junk or spam folders.

Why don’t you carry X product?

We are constantly adding new products, if you can’t find what you are looking for, please let us know!

What payment methods do you accept?

All store orders must be paid by credit card.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be submitted within 15 days and may be subject to a restocking fee. There will be no fee if the return is due to a defective product or our mistake.

How fast is your shipping?

If you choose “Express (1-2 day)”, which is free for orders over $1,000, it will take 1-2 business days if you order before 11 am PST. Please see the entry below regarding our daily cut-off time for shipments.

What is your daily cut-off time for shipments?

All orders placed after 11 am PST will be processed the next business day.

For example, if you place an order on Monday at 2:30 pm with express shipping (1-2 business days), it will be processed on Tuesday and you should expect your package on Wednesday or Thursday.

How should I dispose of empty ink cartridges?

Clients of Raxxos can schedule a free pickup with us by sending an email to support@raxxos.com with the subject line “Cartridge Pickup.”

Why can’t the delivery person take my empty ink cartridges?

We use third-party shippers like UPS or FedEx. If you are a client of Raxxos,  dispose of empty ink cartridges, please schedule a free pickup with us by sending an email to support@raxxos.com with the subject line “Cartridge Pickup.”

Why is it important to use genuine ink cartridges?

Genuine cartridges from your printer manufacturer, such as HP or Lexmark, are the best option for your printer. They won’t void your warranty and will give you the best print quality and the longest printer life.
